Orders & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. An order is accepted once payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders flagged for fraud, with a full refund.

Made-on-demand production

Every item is produced after purchase. Production and delivery estimates are set out on the Shipping page; they are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering.

Returns

See the Returns policy — defective, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, names, and imagery on this site belong to Almost Criminal. Buying a garment doesn't grant a license to reproduce its artwork.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
