Almost Criminal ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and the items you buy, so we can produce and deliver your order.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
• Cart data — stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.

What we never collect

Your payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; card numbers never touch our systems.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• Printful — our production partner receives your name, address, and order items to print and ship your garments.

That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Emails

We send transactional emails only: order confirmations and shipping updates. We will never ask for your password or payment details by email.

Your rights

Want your data deleted or exported? Use the contact page with the email you ordered with and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
